The word or words describing the quantity of nouns that are not actually be counted fall under the category - Adjective of Quantity.
noun द्वारा उल्लेखित व्यक्ति, प्राणी, स्थान या वस्तु की मात्रा के बारे में जानकारी देने वाले adjective को adjective of quantity (परिमाणवाचक विशेषण) कहते हैं.

1. I ate some rice.
2. We have had enough experience.
3. You have no shame.


some, enough, no each of the adjectives used in the examples above tell about the quantity of rice, experience and shame, respectively. These do not express quantity of items that cannot be or is generally not countable.
यहाँ उपयोग किये गये विशेषण some, enough, no मात्रा की जानकारी देते हैं. ये बताते हैं कितने चावल (rice), तजुर्बा (experience) और शर्म (shame) का विवरण दिया जा रहा. इस प्रकार के विशेषण ऐसे इस वस्तु की मात्रा की जानकारी मिलती है जिसे गिना नहीं जा सकता या नहीं जाता.

Adjective of quantity is used in response to the question "how much", where counting cannot be done.
Adjective of quantity का उपयोग "कितने" प्रश्न के उस उत्तर में होता है जहाँ गिनती नहीं की जा सकती.

In contrast to this, there is a category of adjectives that are used represent nouns that can be counted. This category is called the Adjective of Number.
इसके विपरीत, एक विशेषण की एक वो श्रेणी है जो उस उत्तर में होते हैं जिन्हें गिना जा सकता है. इस श्रेणी को Adjective of number कहते हैं.
